Andrew was raised locally in Panama City Beach. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international business administration at Troy University. Growing up working alongside his father who was a local contractor, he has extensive experience in rehabbing homes as well as new construction. He has spent the last 4 years focused on real estate sales and project managing home rehab projects. Andrew loves to use his construction background to assess properties and restore them to their former glory.

Kurt is originally from Melbourne, Florida. He has his bachelor’s degree in health services administration, as well as his MBA. He spent his early career in multi-unit management and sales, with a focus on people leadership. He has spent the last 5 years as an entrepreneur focused on real estate sales and real estate investing. He is passionate about using his hands-on market knowledge to educate and help others no matter the complexities of their situation.
